Fernley NV

Elder Johnson and Elder Madsen

It's been a while

Hey everyone! Sorry it has been a while! There's a lot to do on P-Day and I often run out of time to write a weekly email.

We have had a pretty successful end to this transfer! During these last couple of weeks there was no shortage of service! A lot of people buy those industrial trash bins to fill with their trash, and we had to of filled 3 of them hahaha. Everyone
is so grateful that we help them out and that feeling is unmatched.

We have been able to teach this girl named Kellee over the past couple of weeks and this week she said she wanted to be baptized! It's amazing because it all started with her reading the Book of Mormon. She said she wanted to read it so she could prove that it wasn't true but she ended up realizing that it was true! She is going to be baptized on the 6th of February so that is really exciting!

Like I said earlier, the transfer has ended and with that comes transfer calls. There has been no change for me and my companions so I get to stay with them here in Fernley for another 6 weeks! Elder Madsen is going to Paraguay (for real this time haha) on Thursday so it'll just be Elder Johnson and I after that. This week I will hit my 1 year mark on my mission! To think I'm half way done is crazy! I'm excited to see how this year goes for me and all of you. I hope you all are happy and enjoying life regardless of what's going on. Stay safe and find joy in the journey. I love you all so much and appreciate your love and support! Tchau!
