#64 Jesucristopaj shutipi, Amen (11/4/19)

Hello Family and Friends,Doctrine and Covenants 19how sore you know not, how exquisite you know not, yea, how hard to bear you know not.16 For behold, I, God, have asuffered these things for all, that they bmight not suffer if they would crepent;17 But if they would not repent they must asuffer even as I;18 Which asuffering caused myself, even God, the greatest of all, to tremble because of pain, and to bleed at every pore, and to suffer both body and spirit—and would that I might bnot drink the bitter cup, and shrinkFirst, I want to express my deep love for my savior to everyone. I am so grateful for what he did for you and me when he atoned for us.Testimony in KichuaÑuka yachani Jesucristo causan.I know that Jesus Christ Lives.Ñuka yachani cay Mormonpaj Quicashca sierto pacha can.I know that the Book of Mormon is true (with emphasis)(really).Chay gutasha conpartini Jesucristopaj shutipi, AmenEnding of a testimony.I got to do interchanges with the Zone leaders, and the most eventful thing was that he showed me how to make a super good microwavable cake in 5 minutes (pretty soon i'll have diabetes). We have done lots of services this week and we had a multizone conference this week. I got asked the day before to do a demonstration of a 45 min district meeting in front of 3 zones (60 people) with my district. The Elders in my District have been struggling and got lots of good needed help but kinda got lit up and I did nothing for the training. It was a super good meeting and then….In the night we went to visit a part member less active family to drop them because they are lazy and lots of times aren't home and it doesn't help them to visit every 2-3 weeks. So as they were talking in Kichua, I whispered to Elder Murcia in English(he speaks really good now) and we said if we felt it we would put a date on them for 21st of December. It was a SUPER spiritual lesson and the family committed to return to the Church by that date and the 3 kids will get baptised. They have wanted to get baptised but the dad is afraid and is a little bit of a dictator over the family...BUT they have desires and lots of time for us to help them.Thats about it. I went and hiked a snow volcano here and only me and my companion Elder Murcia made it to the top with a beautiful lagoon with Glacier water. Also we have changes so this is my last week here in Carabuela with the Indigenous people.Love you all!-Elder Hallsted
