#57 Shepherds and Pig Birth

Ok so this week was kinda busy cause I had to interview the 5 missionaries in my district and travel for a baptismal interview and my companion was super sick one day...BUT this week we:-saw a momma pig give birth to 3 little baby pigs(we got there after the first one came out and saw the rest). It was probably the coolest, cutest, and weirdest thing i have seen in my life.-We sometimes have water for like 1 hour everyday here cause it hasnt rained and they are fixing the pipes so sometimes we cant shower (maximum is 2 days straight without water).-We put a date for baptism for the 19th of octuber for a kid who has been coming to Church for 2 months but kinda avoids us but this last week he has been asking us to visit him.-We did a special District activity and went to the Sisters sector to just offer service and some guy asked us to take his sheep out to graze so we got to be shepherds.-We built a Cuyi (guinea pig) House.Alma 42:2929 And now, my son, I desire that ye should let these things atrouble you no more, and only let your sins trouble you, with that trouble which shall bring you down unto repentance. So I got to do a baptismal interview this week for a guy named Estiven (Steven in English haha). He kinda told me in the begining he was nervous and didnt feel ready and after talking for a good long time it was clear he needed to wait a little and fix some things first. But I had this scripture come to mind and was able to share it with him. Even though guilt kinda sucks its actually good for us. It kinda gives us that push to be better. It how God lets us know we have done something against his will and plan for us and we need to fix it. AND WE CAN FIX IT! Im so greatful for all that the savior has done for me and for everyone. Only through his name can we recieve forgivness and return to the presence of the Father.-Elder HallstedThat is Ketchua for “Face of a Baby"
