Transfers!
Treansfers are this week... and nobody in my house is moving. Outside of our house, there are some pretty big shake-ups, with a new AP and a new Zone Leader in our zone. We're also getting Sister Missionaries in our district in Solo, since more sisters are coming in and none are going home, and Solo is the place where they always put the extra missionaries, since it has such a large church presence.
Because one of our Zone Leaders left last week, our other Zone Leader went on splits with all the companionships in Solo last week. On Friday he went with me and my companion, and we spent pretty much the entire day just contacting. We managed to find one person who seemed really excited by what we were telling, and was like a kid on Christmas when we told him that the copy of the Kitab Mormon was for him. Hopefully he'll keep progressing, because it might be just what we need to get us motivated.
We also walked out of the city this week. And by that, I literally mean walked. We walked for about an hour, and ended up at this flimsy bamboo bridge. After some deliberation, we decided to cross it, which led to us walking out into a bunch of rice fields. We then realized the only way back was back across that same bridge.
Other than that, not much happened this week. We've had a lot of walking around trying to talk to people and studying.
