Green River, Wyoming

Elder Monterrozo

Back at it again

Howdy, y'all.  That's a proper Wyoming greeting for you there, haha.
It's been a great week! We've done lots and lots of phone calls, calling members and people who once were interested in the church, all of that. Probably 70 percent of the time we don't get an answer, but when we do it's been great!
A couple people interested in meeting with us again, so yeah, we've been meeting some new people this week! The first of those was Michelle, who we found calling on a list of people that had moved in kinda recently. We talked to her, met up in person the three of us, and she said she would like to be baptized! She wants to have the Holy Spirit in her life, so we know baptism will be great for her but yeah, that's so exciting!
Also we found two young girls, Abby and Ashely, who also want to be baptized! So we're working with the three of them really closely to get them all there! But yeah other than those things, not too much going on.
We went to church, which was so awesome! Really just a treat. Luckily all four of our wards start at the same time, so we can only go to one per Sunday, don't know who thought that out, hahaha, but it was so great this week.
Tonight we're actually driving down to Manila, one of our farther areas, about an hour away, and we're gonna stay the night in a member's cabin and be there all day tomorrow, so yeah, that's sweet.  It'll be awesome, because the people down there are such nice folk, really just great! I'll tell you how that goes then :)
There are lots of people out there who are looking for God in these harsh times, and having trouble finding Him. But we know He's always there, like it says in the scriptures, "He that diligently seeketh shall find!" So keep looking guys, and I will, too.
I love you all, and hope you have a wonderful week!
