Ha ha! had a fun little scare with my foot this week. We played soccer this last p-day and my foot got hit pretty hard next to the big toe, so it hurt a lot but I kept on playing--no big deal. Then afterwards, I kind of realized how much it was hurting to walk, and when I took off my shoes my right foot had swelled up huge, and I had a nice big purple mark on the inside. I talked to the nurse about what had happened and she told me to go to the hospital the next day and to not walk on it until I talked to the doctor. So, the next day happened to be zone conference and I ended up having to use crutches into the zone conference and everyone flipped out. In the end the doctor said it was probably just a strain or a bone bruise, but it had swollen up really big so he still had me get a cortisone shot.  I think that's what it is in English, huge needle, in the rear....my companion was a little uncomfortable. hahahha but it helped a lot with the swelling. In the end, not broken (unbroken). Fun experience! My companion and I are having a great time, we have a baptism this weekend for a girl named milagros (miracles). She has a dope name, I wish it was a normal name in English.
Mosiah 4:9-- I love this scripture! God really has created all the things in all the earth, to beautify it, and to make it a wonderful home for his children, He loves you all!!
Love you people, Y'all are dope!!Elder Affleck
