Hey guysIt's been an amazing and spiritual week for me so I'm absolutely loving it. If you're still reading my emails then you're the truest -shouts out to you guys. I've been meeting some cool people but we can never seem to follow through with anything so it's been a bit lame but I'm still keeping my hopes up and I'm working super hard. My companion can be frustrating sometimes but I'm grateful for any challenge and I love being a servant of the Lord.
We had our LAST zone conference in the Romania/Moldova mission:'( sad sad. buuut I'm super super pumped for the possibility to serve in Ukraine! The Hettingers came with a member of the 70, Elder Mattisimo De Feo. If you remember him from last conference he's the Italian guy that gave and AMAZING talk about the pure love of Christ. So I was extra psyched to hear from him this week. The Spirit was so strong when he spoke and one of the biggest things that stuck out to me was that we have to serve our missions without seeing. We don't always see the benefits and we don't see all of the good that we do. Sometimes we have to wait until the very end to see an impact that we have. I loved it.

Interesting things from the week:-So for some reason EVERYONE IS WEARING FAKE GUCCI. Is this a thing now? I straight up see like 50 people every day wearing fake gucci shirts. Maybe I need to get in on this-We did one of the coolest service projects the other day. The church donates thousands of wheelchairs to handicapped communities in Moldova and so we were able to help load some boxes of wheelchairs. It was so sweet and I got tons of gnarly box cuts on my forearms. WOO I LOVE IT
-I learned another minecraft song on the piano this week from my boy Nichols-I got to see all of my homies in Balti this week and so that was sweet!
-It's cherry season so you already know I've downed like a kilo of those bad boys. I think my taste in everything has changed since I've been out here because now I love salad all of the sudden? Like greek salad is so dang good. Also I'm still obsessed with Motab. Can't explain that one either.
-I love all the Missionaries here and we're all homies. We played some beach soccer this morning and it was rad.

So at the end of the zone conference Elder De Feo held a testimony meeting based on a quote from Thomas S. Monson that he wrote on the board. It said something like this:"Whom the Lord calls, the Lord qualifies.""The Lord shapes the back to bear the burden that is placed on it.""When you are on the Lord's errand, you are entitled to the Lord's help."The one that really stuck out to me was the first line. I have seen that the Lord really takes weak things and makes them strong. I can't do this on my own. I never could and I never will. I know that God has been with me every step of this mission and that He really has qualified me to be here. Everyday I am overwhelmed with joy to be a missionary and to be a servant of the Lord. It's my dream and it's changed everything for me. I've shed quite a few tears of joy for just being able to be here and so I find my motivation for my love. I love these people, I love this gospel, I love this work, and I love the Lord. Annnd I love you guys. Thank you for supporting me and for helping me every step of way. I can't wait for more service and work. See ya next week!
