Welcome back to Dajabon!!So this week has been pretty exciting. Our entire area has exploded. We have tons, and I mean tons of people who are totally awesome!!! This week we had 6 people in church!!! (If anyone is counting that is more people in one week than I have had in the two transfers that I have been here.) And every single one of them came to church on their first week visiting with us. That was awesome!! I have definitely seen how a changed perspective helps a lot with missionary work. When I got here everyone I talked to said that it was impossible to get people to church, the members were hard to work with, and everyone in our are had been contacted several times. However, as I have changed my perspective we have met tons of people who have never even talked to missionaries, we have had members give us references, and we have obviously met people willing to go to church. I suppose that God is just trying to teach me a lesson. I thought that the area was impossible, so it was. However, as soon as I changed my way of thinking the whole area changed. Then yesterday, that would be Sunday, I got a call from President Cowan. He told me that I have been called to serve as a trainer here in Dajabon B. That means that on Wednesday I will get to go to Santiago to get "my kid". That was pretty exciting!! I'm glad that this new missionary will get to come into the area when there are people to teach, and people in church, not a transfer ago when we were struggling. Oh and by the way we found a frog in our shower and named him Tony. Then he escaped into the house, and we have no idea where he is... so...I guess that we have a pet frog, somewhere. I have included pictures of Tony in the shower, on the wall in the main room of our house, and in the kitchen in one of our bowls. It is always an adventure of where we are going to find him...Have a great week!!Love,Elder Wilson
