Mucho Gusto!

so i dont really have a song to describe the events that transpired this past week or any song in particular that was stuck in my head at all this past week either so lets just start off with thursday: and also just real quick... i left my camera at the apartment, sorry mother! i know you would like some pictures.

So thursday i just rode the transfer loop alll day it felt like, and so our transfer point is in springdale (the greatest zone) (thats the zone i was in back in the prairie grove days) so we finally get dropped off there, keep in mind im in ava, about 2 and a half maybe 3 hours away, but i had to go to branson, then springfield, joplin, tulsa, then springdale. not a very short trip.. anyways.. so i arrive and meet my new comp elder jensen who i have been hearing really good things about. *backstory* fort smith once upon a time was split into two wards, and had a spanish branch as well. the 2 wards merged back together and they closed the spanish missionaries here in the fort this past thursday. so, we cover a technical 2 area at this point right? as elder jensen hands president spanish's phone president happens to drop the bomb on us that we are now the spanish elderes too. (i did not mis-spell that by the way) so.. lets recap, zone leader in a triple area, while learning spanish. neither of us know a lick of espanol either soo.. language study (which is now a thing) has been somewhat interesting. then on sunday as we were talking to some of the people in the spanish branch i thought i was so clever saying "mucho gusto!" which means: nice to meet you, for those of you who arent as fluent as i am. and they all thought i was hilarious, which i am! haha anyways..

so other than that i love this area, its already way more hot and humid than ava, so i know im in for a treat this summer... its right on the arkansas river which is huge i might add. the area is way pretty and way green though! and i love the downtown area! its nice to be around more that 5000 people again.

so the very fitting spiritual thought for the week is the 7th article of faith:

7 We believe in the gift of tongues, prophecy, revelation, visions, healing, interpretation of tongues, and so forth.

anyways, i will let you all get back to your normal lives again. i love you all!

-Elder Olsen.
