Week 58: 4 Days in the Hospital

Hey ya'll,

A lot has happened the past few week: My trainee, Elder Haskell, has Gastro-Esophageal Reflux disease and he has esophageal spasms which are basically cramps in your esophagus. We had to go to the hospital and we ended up staying there for about four days. Since the doctors didn't find anything urgently wrong to stop the spasms, and more tests needed to be done, President Boyer decided to send him home. It was the right decision because he was super tired from all the strain on his body and he wasn't sleeping well either.

So, President Boyer brought me to Frankfurt and now I'm an office elder. That means that I am in a three-elder companionship and work in the office. Lately we have been filling the orders of Books of Mormons and pamphlets for the mission conferences. But I also do other various things in the office. So that's what has been going on in the mission Lately.

My two companions are elder Ruby from Texas, and Elder Borcuti from Romania.

That's my week! Life is good! Church is true!
Elder Rich
