This week was more of a slow week. We really didn't have many appointments but we had a lot of time to get other stuff done so it worked out.
On Friday we actually had a lunch appointment and a late late lunch appointment which is super unusual! A member from another ward who is good friends with my companion came to Hagen and took us out to lunch. He was way cool and a really nice guy. Later that day we went to Hemer to have a late lunch /early dinner with the Familie Schadowski. They are really nice and Bruder Schadowski loves fish and aquariums so he gave us a "tour" of his aquarium!
On Saturday we went by some less-active members and went to Lüdenscheid for a dinner appointment and we didn't realize it was the wrong day... So we shared a quick spiritual lesson and they gave us some banana bread and we went home haha.
On Sunday we went by some other less-active members with Bruder Genster, the first counselor in the Elder's Quorom Presidency.
On Monday we went to see if Elder Haywood's driver's license was done yet but sadly it wasn't. We then went by some former investigators.
On Tuesday we had interviews with President Boyer. Then later we went by a former investigators home and then went to Bauhaus ( which is the German version of Home Depot) to get another set of keys for our apartment.
Wednesday we had District Council at the Nowak's apartment and they made the district pancakes-- they were sooo GOOD! We also went by the former investigators and then had Ward Correlation Meeting with Philipp, the Second Counselor in the Elder's Quorom Presidency.
Today is a beautiful day outside and we are going to Dortmund with our district to play beach sand volleyball and have a picnic in the park! Sorry this week was a bit more boring than usual but sometimes that's just how it is haha!
