Week 37: A Street Display with 12 Missionaries

This week was pretty good although we didn't have very many appointments. It was definitely one of the more slower weeks of the mission and I guess it's fine because it happens sometimes.

On Friday we had an appointment with a woman from China whose name is Meng Yang. She is way cool and it's a lot of fun meeting with her.

On Saturday we had a street display and with a total of 12 missionaries. We also had some members show up and it was really cool. We got a lot of contacts so It was definitely a success.

On Sunday went to church and had Ward Conference so we got to hear from one of the counselors in the stake presidency and I really enjoyed it. We had around 90-95 people at church which is really good! After church We had a ward luncheon and I of course loved the food.

On Monday we had District Council and we met the new senior couple are in our district. They are German and are from Cologne. They are super awesome and it's great because now we have a German couple that we can practice our German with!

On Tuesday we went by a person with potential and we gave him a Book of Mormon and set up an appointment for this Friday. Later that night we had an appointment with Maria and her husband. We took a ward member named Leon with us and he is considering serving a mission. He's way cool and the lesson went really well!

On Wednesday we had an appointment with a member family from Sri Lanka and we really enjoy them. They told us about their story so it was really interesting. Later that night we had ward correlation meeting with our second counselor in the Elders Quorum who is responsible for missionary work.

Then today we are in Dortmund and are going to have lunch at Ikea then go to a trampoline house!

Anyways, that's my week!
