On Friday we had District Council. It's always really fun seeing the other members of our District. Afterwards we did some studies and later that night we had dinner at Bischof Hiemer's house. We had burritos and they were way good!
On Saturday we had four appointments set up and they all ended up falling through so we did a lot of contacting and stuff.
On Sunday we of course had church and right afterwards we went to the Jentsch's house for lunch. The Jentsch 's are a young family with a young son named Leander, which apparently means "man of the people" in Greek. We had a really good meal of Schnitzel covered with cheese and paprika. We also hat Knödel which are basically potato balls and they tasted really good. For dessert we had grapes with whipped cream and crumbled up cookies under it... it is considered dessert in Germany haha. The dessert was really good though so I'm not complaining. Brother Jentsch has been all over the world so it way cool to talk to him about his experiences. He loves to travel. Later that night we called some members and set up appointments.
On Monday we had a dinner appointment with the Kroek's. They are also a young family and the father lived in America for twelve years so he speaks really good English.
Then on Tuesday we baked cookies and gave some to our ward members.
On Wednesday We had Zone Conference. It was really fun to see a lot of my friends on the mission again. That basically took all day and we he had Ward Correlation Meeting that night.
The next day we had Pday. We just chilled and played a lot of ping pong at the church building. We have a family home evening dinner tonight with the Gust family.
Well, that's my week! It's been way fun and talk to you next week!
