Hey everyone!
This week has been super busy. I had a split from Tuesday to Wednesday with Elder Newton who is new in this area but this is his fifteenth transfer, so he will be going home soon. We had a dinner appointment with the Wilson family. They are really cool and the husband is an F-16 jet fighter pilot for the Air Force so it was also a great night. I had a split
We had district meeting in Saarbrücken so that took up half of the day. We also went to Trier on Monday and had Family Home Evening and Eric, a person that were teaching, showed up-- It was a great night!
Today is pday and we're on our way to Saarbrücken to see all the Elders in our district and one of our senior couples. We are just meeting and hanging out.
Josh, a person were teaching, is on vacation in Ireland right now so we have to wait until he gets back.
Tomorrow I will go on a split with Elder Roundy and I will be in Idar - Oberstein and I am so excited!
My companion, Elder Shinedling, and were driving and got lost. We couldn't get off the highway and found ourselves at the Luxembourg border. We had to cross the border to turn around. We called President Boyer and explained what happened and he was cool about it. Whew!
Also, This Saturday I will find out if I'm staying or getting transferred.
Overall, it's been a great week!
