I call it grateful gum...

Bonjour everyone!

This week has been crazy! We got a new district leader and we taught a whole bunch of lessons to people. We had one investigator that has wanted to get baptized and we discovered that someone told her the church can aide her financially so she was really excited to be baptized.

You all probably know, but it is a whole different world here and although I haven't experienced a huge culture shock I notice new things every day that are a million times different in America.

Every day I am grateful for so many things and so at the end of the day I eat a piece of gum and write what I am grateful for on the paper part of the wrapper. I call it grateful gum and if I keep it up it will be a sweet jar of mission experiences to share with all you.

I loved our prophets address on the name of the church. We are not Mormons or Latter-Day Saints we are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints or here in Cote d'Ivoire membres de L'Eglise de Jesus Christ des Saints des Dernier Jours.
The church is true guys!

Avec conviction solide,
Elder Adair
