As Long As I Got My Suit and Tie, I'm Gonna Go and Proselyte

Hola mis queridos familiares y amigos,This week was brilliant! Something you all need to know, is that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is amazing. It can totally change any moment, forever.

Anyways, this week was something special. Tuesday I was in Pinamar again, in a zone meeting. It was great to see all the missionaries, and I never tire of the beauty of that place.

After the meeting I returned home, but with Elder John Sanchez of Brazil. For all of Tuesday and Wednesday, we were together for an exchange. Elder Sosa, my companion, went with Elder Zapata the district leader.

Elder Sanchez is really cool. He is a bit weird, but really friendly. He is having problems with his companion, so he really was excited to have an exchange. It was a fun two days.

Anyways, for the rest of the week I was with Elder Sosa. I am glad we get along so well, a lot of the other companionships here do not have unity. Elder Sosa is really funny, and we always have a good time. We visited lots of less actives, and made tacos a few times. One family we are visiting, the Quierco family, invited a friend. Now, we are teaching that friend and the Quierco family is attending church! It is awesome!

Anyways, that is all for this week. I love you all and I hope you are living your lives in a way you enjoy, and in a way that can bless the lives of those around you. Keep on being studs.
Hurrah for Israel!

-Elder Keeley

Additional information from letter to Mom and Dad:I am doing great down here =) Haha while we ride our bikes around the dogs like to chase us and try to bite us.. but for some reason they ALWAYS ignore me. They only go after my companions. When Elder Bavelas was here, they attacked him.. Now that Elder Sosa is here they attack him. Something about my smell keeps them away haha.

We teach on average about 14 lessons a week. 10 of those lessons are with less actives. The branch here has a lot of problems.. There was a bad bad president a few years ago and now many do not ever want to attend again. We cannot retain baptisms here because there isn't fellowshipping, and there isn't fellowshipping because there aren't many members attending.. 25 active.. 300 inactive. It is getting better though! Some of the families we are visiting are starting to attend.

For the family reunion, I have written this little note:

Dear Family,

Everything is going well here in the Buenos Aires East, Argentina Mission. I am having a great time learning Spanish and being among these people. The Argentines are great, I love every one of them.

I want you all to know, that the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true. Jesus Christ really established this same church when He was here on Earth and it has been restored through the Prophet Joseph Smith. God is our loving Heavenly Father and He will bless our lives as we seek Him.
Only in Jesus Christ can we find true hope that can last through the eternities. We will all make mistakes, but we can leave those mistakes behind with the Atonement of Jesus Christ. Even though we break God's laws, He loves us so much that He gave His perfect Son so that we could escape the consequences of our mistakes. Seek out Christ, pray to God in Christ's name, and change your life to match the teachings of Christ. I know that in Christ's words we can not only find happiness in this life, but we will recieve eternal life in the world that comes. I love you all. I hope you all enjoy the family reunion. I am praying for each and every one of you, and though it is hard to see at times.. I know that my prayers are being answered. I love you and I miss you, I will see you all in a couple of years!
