The Interviews

Dear friends and family,This week was another great one, in fact it was one of my favorite weeks yet.

The first few days were rough, it was nonstop rain until Thursday. The rain is horrible here because many of the streets are sand and dirt, so whenever we ride our bikes in the rain we get covered in mud. We only had to ride for one day though, because Elder Sosa got really sick on Tuesday. For two days we were in the pension while he got better, so I studied a lot and rested.

Friday was great, we visited the Barboza family and had a family night with them. The storm came back that night, so it was cool to be with them by their fireplace. We sang "I Am A Child of God" and had a lesson about our potential as children of God. It was a powerful lesson. I felt the Spirit there really strongly.

When we came back to the pension, the assistants to the President came to our pension to spend the night.. along with our entire District. It was super fun to have 8 Elders here in Mar De Ajo. We talked and talked and enjoyed some Mate while it rained outside. On Saturday we had our interviews with President Nunez.

I can completely testify that he has been called by God to serve as the mission president here. The
Spirit of God is with that man! He has a powerful presence, I learned a lot from him. When my interview was done, I left with lots of new goals and a great perspective! I am super excited to keep on going in my mission! There is a lot to do!
All weekend I was with the assistants to the President, Elder Corry and Elder Villegas. They are two great missionaries. I learned a lot from them. We taught people and brought people to church together, it was a great experience! It never ceases to surprise me the number of blessings I am receiving here
on my mission. It is an amazingly difficult but amazingly rewarding experience =) I love you all! and I am praying for you all!
Hurrah for Israel!

-Elder KeeleyP.S. Can you all send me pictures of yourselves? Whatever pictures you have...... recent and olden. I need pictures to show the people here! I can download them off of email and print them off here in Argentina! Send me what you can!
I love you family!
