Week 28

Week 28 on the mission. We had such an amazing week out here in Fort Worth, Texas. Monday started off amazing and we had a super fun Last Pday of the transfer with our zone and we signed transfer journals and stuff like that. We also played a ton of sports like usual including Gator ball which is the most insane sport ever and gets so intense and usually ends with an injury haha. We ended our Pday with a Baptism that we attended in another Ward. We invited Peyton to attend and experience what it's like and he came! He also brought his brother Alonzo too which was super hype. He loved it and felt the spirit so strongly he said, which we were so happy about. Tuesday was pretty laid back and we just did a lot of preparing for transfers with some other missionaries for transfers that was on Wednesday. Wednesday was transfers and we got to see all the missionaries. A ton of missionaries I know headed home this week and it was super sad, we all become so close to eachother and it's the best. The rest of Wednesday consisted of lots of planning and goal setting for this transfer. On Thursday we spent most of the day in meetings. I held my first District Council as District leader and it was the coolest meeting ever! We had some really good discussions and the spirit was super strong! My District is a bunch of super young missionaries and it's so much fun being able to help them out and be there for them. I have so much love for all of them. We then had a ward correlation meeting and some other meetings with leadership. Oh and a Zone leadership council meeting which was super cool and I learned a lot on how to be a better leader and how we can help out the missionaries in our zone. Oh I totally forgot, but we attended the younger boys activity days and it was the craziest thing I have ever been too. The kids were so sweet, but I had the biggest migraine afterwards lol. Spent the rest of the week just making contacts and teaching lessons. Sunday of course was crazy like always we were at the church from 7:30-3 and then again from 6-8. During one of our meetings I sang a musical number in sacrament meeting with 2 members of the Elders quorum. Peyton also showed up to church and loved it so so much! That's pretty much all the big stuff for the week. Love and miss yall so much!
