Returns / Refund Policy

My Mission's Guarantee:

My Mission strives to provide our customers with the best products at competitive prices. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, replacement stock will be sent or your money will be refunded for the unused/unopened stock, less any applicable restocking fees. Our products are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase provided the purchaser has complied with the recommended guidelines for usage, storage, and handling.

My Mission's Return Policy:

All of My Mission's products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has determined the stock is appropriate for the application prior to the time of purchase. Once a press or PDF proof has been approved, custom printed items are no longer refundable.  Material in resalable condition may be returned for a full refund for up to 90 days from date of purchase.  All material returned to My Mission must have a MRA number (material return authorization). Material must be in resalable condition for a full refund. There will be a 10% restocking fee or $15.00 whichever is greater for all stock orders plus freight. Cancellation of non-stock items (custom orders or printed orders) are subject to an additional fee and may amount to the full price of the canceled products including any die charges, plate charges, or prep. fees.

Product Defects

If you find a defect in your products that are the responsibility of MyMission.com, we will re-run the order at no additional cost to you. To receive the replacement, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of the delivered order and provide verification of the problem. Replacements requested more than 30 days after delivery may or may not be honored depending on the circumstances.

If the return is due to faulty product My Mission will gladly send a call tag to pick up the product.

Note: You have up to midnight the day the order was placed to cancel this order, after that your order can not be cancelled and will ship when completed.
